Manufacturing Facilities

At Fluid Dynamics Pvt Ltd. (FD), we have facilities to manufacture the cooling systems in both Copper-Brass as well as Brazed Aluminum Construction.

Aluminum Products are brazed thru’ Controlled Atmospheric Brazing ( CAB )Process in world-renowned Sellacan, Germany made furnace in a batch.

We are also equipped with Fin Machines, Core Assembly Stations, Tank Clinching Equipment & TIG/ MIG welding stations.

The Copper-Brass products are manufactured thru’ the conventional methods.

For the Cooling System Assembly, most of the metallic parts are made in-house thru’ various machines including Amada, Japan made CNC Turret Press, Shearing & Bending Presses etc.

We also have in house powder coating facility, Amada CNC machine, 1000 ton Hydraulic Press.
